Ingredients
Two sachets of Glytactin BUILD or one sachet of Glytactin BetterMilk
150ml Light Coconut Milk
150ml Pineapple Juice
Handful of fresh mint
Ice cubes
Method
Fill your blender cup or jug with the ice, then liquids, then BetterMilk or BUILD, then mint. Make sure you are using a blender that is capable of crushing ice. Blend until smooth, and enjoy. The more ice you use, the more of a slushy texture you will get. You can use more or less liquid according to the thickness and flavour you want to achieve.
A note for the grown ups: You can add a shot of white rum to make this an alcoholic pina colada – it will not affect the Glytactin, and it will taste delicious.
