Citrus Kick Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 70 g pineapple
  • 40 g banana
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • 2 leaves basil
  • 10 g lime (skin removed)

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a reusable freezer bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours
  • Place contents of bag into a blender
  • Add 120ml of water (or other preferred liquid)
  • Serve and enjoy!

Beet and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 15 g lemon (skin removed)
  • 40 g banana
  • 30 g beetroot
  • 60 g blueberries

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a reusable freezer bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours
  • Place contents of bag into a blender
  • Add 120ml of orange juice (or other preferred liquid)
  • Serve and enjoy!

Rosemary Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 g sugar
  • 75 g raspberries
  • 40 g banana
  • 1 g rosemary

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a reusable freezer bag and put in the freezer for 2 hours
  • Place contents of bag into a blender
  • Add 120ml of water (or other preferred liquid)
  • Serve and enjoy!
