Infused Water Ideas

Strawberry Mojito

  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 tbsp. mint
  • 300ml water (You can also switch the water for your favourite low protein lemonade.)

Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary

  • 1 slice pink grapefruit
  • ½ tbsp. rosemary
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 300ml water (You can also switch the water for your favourite low protein lemonade.)

Citrus Burst

  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 slice grapefruit
  • 300ml water (You can also switch the water for your favourite low protein lemonade.)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a glass and leave to infuse in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
  • Serve with ice.
