Low Protein Banana Split (PKU)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Heavenly Whipped Cream (22g)
  • 1 banana sliced in half
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup

Method:

  • Sprinkle sugar over the bananas. Grill for 2-3 minutes until caramelised.
  • Place bananas on a plate.
  • Top with cream and golden syrup.
  • Enjoy!
