- 1 pepper
- 2-3 slices of Violife cheese
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup strawberries
- Chop all ingredients into cubes or squares (approx. 2.5cm x 2.5cm).
- Grill the pepper for 10 minutes and cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the canapes as you wish. We provide some suggestions in the video below. You can also use cucumber, grilled mushrooms or sweet potato cubes.
