• 1 pepper
  • 2-3 slices of Violife cheese
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup strawberries


  • Chop all ingredients into cubes or squares (approx. 2.5cm x 2.5cm).
  • Grill the pepper for 10 minutes and cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the canapes as you wish. We provide some suggestions in the video below. You can also use cucumber, grilled mushrooms or sweet potato cubes.
