- 3 slices of violife cheese
- 2/3 tomatoes
- 2/3 sprigs of basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For our low protein recipes, you will just need olive oil (or your favourite oil), salt & pepper to taste.
- Slice the tomatoes, chop the cheese into small squares and tear the basil into individual sprigs.
- Arrange the cheese squares, tomato slices and basil springs on your plate and then drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and oil.
