Low Protein Cheesy Garlic Bread (PKU)


  • 50g Violife Original Block (grated)
  • 2 slices low protein baguette bread
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs


  • Mix together butter, garlic and dried herbs until combined.
  • Spread the paste onto the bread.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Oven cook for 5-10 minutes on 180’C.

Great as a snack or alongside pasta.
