Low Protein Cheesy Garlic Bread (PKU)
- 50g Violife Original Block (grated)
- 2 slices low protein baguette bread
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs
- Mix together butter, garlic and dried herbs until combined.
- Spread the paste onto the bread.
- Top with cheese.
- Oven cook for 5-10 minutes on 180’C.
Great as a snack or alongside pasta.
