Cucumber, Feta and Pomegranate Bites


  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ pack Violife Greek style cheese (or soft spreadable cheese/blue cheese).
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate
  • 2-3 sprigs dill


  • Chop the cucumber into 3cm rounds, discarding the pointy ends. With a small spoon, dig out some of the flesh from each cucumber.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the cheese, dill and pomegranate. Mash together until crumbly. Add the lemon juice and stir again.
  • Fill the cucumber with the cheese mix. Top with some more fresh dill and serve!
