- Cambrooke protein substitutes that would work with this recipe (choose one): RTD Original 15, RTD Original 10, Bettermilk Original 15, Bettermilk Lite 20, Build 20/20
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. syrup
- 3 dates (soaked for 20 minutes)
- 1 tbsp. dried cranberries
You will also need 1 cup ice. Add half a frozen banana if you prefer a creamier consistency.
- Blend all ingredients with half of the ice.
