Ginger, Lime & Basil Sorbet
- 1 pineapple (chopped)
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2-3 sprigs basil
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 75g sugar
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Place in a shallow container in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir the sorbet every hour for the best consistency.
- Serve with a sprig of fresh basil.
Makes 3 large scoops.
