Ginger, Lime & Basil Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2-3 sprigs basil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 75g sugar

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Place in a shallow container in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir the sorbet every hour for the best consistency. 
  • Serve with a sprig of fresh basil.

Serves

Makes 3 large scoops.
