Healthy Chocolate Fondue
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. syrup
- 1 cup dates (The NSPKU recommends no more than 1 handful of dates, to avoid elevated Phe levels)
- 1 cup fresh fruit for dipping
- To make the fondue, hand blend the avocado, cocoa, syrup and dates until smooth. Place in a small bowl.
- Chop up a selection of fresh fruit and serve with the fondue.
