Mango & Passionfruit Build 20/20 Smoothie
- ½ mango, chopped (best frozen)
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 cup low protein milk (we used fresh coconut milk, but you can use rice milk also).
- Glytactin Build 20/20 – You must consume the whole smoothie for it to count as 20g protein.
- Ice and berries to garnish (optional)
If you have a sweet tooth, add one heaped teaspoon of honey.
- Blend all ingredients and half of the berries together and serve on ice. Add the remaining berries to garnish.
