Low Protein Mulled Wine (PKU)
Ingredients:
- 1 sliced orange (large)
- 8 whole cloves
- 500ml grape juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise (optional)
- 1 tsp mixed spice (optional)
Method:
- Heat all ingredients (leave orange to one side)
- Bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Add orange and enjoy!
