Papaya Iced Tea
- 1 papaya, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1-2 sprigs mint
- 1 black tea bag (+50ml boiling water to infuse)
- ½ cup frozen raspberries (optional)
For this recipe you will also need 1 cup of ice and 120ml water to blend.
- Blend the chopped papaya, pineapple and infused tea water with half a cup of ice and 120ml cold water.
- Add the ice, mint and raspberries to a large glass. Pour over the iced tea and serve.
