Papaya Iced Tea


  • 1 papaya, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1-2 sprigs mint
  • 1 black tea bag (+50ml boiling water to infuse)
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries (optional)

For this recipe you will also need 1 cup of ice and 120ml water to blend.


  • Blend the chopped papaya, pineapple and infused tea water with half a cup of ice and 120ml cold water.
  • Add the ice, mint and raspberries to a large glass. Pour over the iced tea and serve.
