Pear, Fig & Feta Salad


  • 1 fig, quartered 
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves
  • ½ pear, sliced
  • ½ tbsp. honey mustard dressing
  • 1 tbsp. Violife Greek White Block

You will also need 1-2 tsp. sugar. 


  • Mix the pears with 1-2 tsp sugar, and microwave for 1-2 minutes
  • Mix all ingredients together and serve!
