- 4cm corn on the cob
- 1 small sweet potato
- ½ tbsp. butter
- 1 cup chestnut mushrooms
- Mixed salad leaves
For our Low Protein In 15 meals, you will just need oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Sweet Potato: Pierce the sweet potato, cover and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Cut the half-cooked sweet potato open, add half of the butter, and then cover in foil before placing on the BBQ for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Corn on the cob: Put the corn in a microwavable container, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Add skewers to either end, and place on the BBQ for 7-10 minutes (turning constantly to grill through).
- Mushrooms: With a wooden skewer, pierce all mushrooms through the middle, and then place directly onto the BBQ for 5 minutes. Top tip: These are great dipped in your favourite low protein dip!
- Salad: Chop up the salad leaves and dress with your favourite low protein salad dressing (we used balsamic glaze).
