Summer Fruit Rolls
- 2-3 Blue Dragon summer rolls
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 heaped tsp. icing sugar
- 1 cup raspberries
- Finely chop the strawberries and kiwi.
- Blend the raspberries and icing sugar together to make the dipping sauce.
- Fill a 30cm diameter bowl with warm water and soak the summer rolls one by one, before filling them with the fruit.
- Serve together and enjoy.
