Summer Fruit Rolls



  • 2-3 Blue Dragon summer rolls
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 heaped tsp. icing sugar
  • 1 cup raspberries


  • Finely chop the strawberries and kiwi.
  • Blend the raspberries and icing sugar together to make the dipping sauce.
  • Fill a 30cm diameter bowl with warm water and soak the summer rolls one by one, before filling them with the fruit.
  • Serve together and enjoy.
