Sweet BBQ Skewers
- 1/2 courgette or zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1-2 tsp. sugar
- Slice the pineapple into chunky fingers and place on a skewer. Sprinkle on 1-2 tsp. sugar, wrap with foil and then place onto the BBQ for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the courgette and pepper and then assemble them on the skewers with the mushrooms. Place directly onto the BBQ for 5-10 minutes.
