Sweet BBQ Skewers



  • 1/2 courgette or zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar


  • Slice the pineapple into chunky fingers and place on a skewer. Sprinkle on 1-2 tsp. sugar, wrap with foil and then place onto the BBQ for 5-10 minutes.
  • Slice the courgette and pepper and then assemble them on the skewers with the mushrooms. Place directly onto the BBQ for 5-10 minutes.
