- 2 cups low protein vegetables, finely chopped
- 1/2 jar thai curry sauce (blue dragon)
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tin coconut milk (Amoy Rich and Creamy)
Serve with low protein rice.
- Fry onion in 1 tbsp. oil until browned.
- Add vegetables and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add thai sauce and stir for 1 minute.
- Add coconut milk and stir for 5 minutes.
- Serve with low protein rice.
