Tropical Island Smoothie

Low Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 120g pineapple
  • 80ml ginger ale
  • 40ml fresh orange juice
  • 120g ice

Optional: If you are taking Glytactin Build, you can add it to this recipe.

Method:

  • Place pineapple, orange juice, ginger ale and 60g ice in blender. Pulse until smooth.
  • Serve over remaining ice.
