Warm Mediterranean Vegetable Salad


  • 70g Violife Mediterranean Style Block
  • ½ pepper, sliced
  • ¼ courgette, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sliced red onion
  • 1 cup lettuce 

For this recipe, you will also need 1 tbsp. oil and 1-2 tsp. honey. 


  • In 1 tbsp. oil, fry the pepper, onion and courgette for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the sliced Violife Cheese to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add lettuce to bowl and top with the vegetables and cheese.
  • Drizzle over 1-2 tsp. honey.
